Xiamen Airlines Co., Ltd., with C&D Group holding 40% of the shares, is the first airline company in China to start enterprise operation. Now it has developed into a medium-sized airline company with 46 Boeing aircrafts and can handle an annual passenger transportation of 8,000,000 person-times. By 2010, Xiamen Airlines Co., Ltd. will have 65 Boeing aircrafts.
