The investment promotion center of Rongyuan Xiamen located in the Dongpu area of Siming District has been officially launched in recent days, marking the first pure light- asset project in Lianfa Group's industry operation sector.

Formerly known as Punan Industrial Park with an operable area of 51,298 square meters, the renovated center takes "Smart+" as the theme and "Universal Integration" as the spiritual core to assemble commercial stores, garden-like office, youth apartments, education, and hospitality. The new Rongyuan Xiamen will be a 24-hour community that delivers integrated new experiences beyond an industrial park.
