Recently, Beijing C&D Wangjing Yangyun project was awarded the Gold Prize for Outstanding Residential Communities at the 2025 “Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize.” The “Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize” is the highest national-level accolade in the civil engineering field. Its Gold Prize for Outstanding Residential Communities emphasizes projects that demonstrate leading performance across all dimensions, including planning and design, construction quality, technological innovation, green energy efficiency, and living environment.

This project is C&D Real Estate’s first independently developed and operated princely-style Chinese mansion project in Beijing. Adhering to C&D Real Estate’s new Chinese-style craftsmanship philosophy “Confucian Gate, Daoist Garden, Tang Dynastic Style, and Chinese Ornamentation”, the design incorporates a triple-gate courtyard ritual sequence, an enclosed layout inspired by Jiangnan-style gardens, and traditional techniques such as layered hills and water features, skillfully recreating the poetic and picturesque concept of “a residence within a garden, a garden within a residence.” This award serves as national recognition of the project's meticulous craftsmanship in creating an exceptional residential community.
